The Biscuit Factory is an independent private cat rescue based out of foster homes located in or around Jefferson County, PA.
We work to improve the lives of all cats and kittens through education, adoptions, and TNR work. All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, properly dewormed, microchipped, and flea/tick treated thanks to the donations of our supporters.
