Want to help raise and socialize kitties for them to find their furever home? We are looking for foster homes for all types of kitties, especially for spicy cats!

A little about us…
The Biscuit Factory is an independent private cat rescue based out of foster homes located in or around Jefferson County, PA.
We work to improve the lives of all cats and kittens through education, adoptions, and TNVR work. All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, properly dewormed, microchipped, and flea/tick treated thanks to the donations of our supporters.
